It’s Halloween. Sugar-sucker vampires and candy-munching monsters are on the loose, and Alejandro, Carmen, and their friends might have knocked on the door of the only monster who is not in disguise. A grumpy Chihuahua and the unlikely theft of an iconic New York sculpture will add excitement to an adventure in which witches fly low and thrills run high.
