Launching your own Girl Scout troop can be an overwhelming process. When I started, I had no idea what I was doing. I found myself sitting in a room with a bunch of smiling, middle-aged women with their Lulumon pants and Coach bags, telling me that this 'girl-led' process would be wildly fulfilling - while I was just wondering what the heck a 'girl-led' process looked like.
