I wrote this book because we seem to be lost and looking for something. Years ago, I was lost but found God as my lifetime partner in life. Since then, things have been going in the right direction and prayer has strengthened me to remain strong when troubled. This is another way to bring the good words to you and make you realize that without God, we are all pretty much lost.
God has a plan and that plan includes you but the first step is to accept the fact that God is Real!
America needs God and we need each other to bring us to the right place in our life. I feel blessed and fortunate to have such a supportive group behind me to express my love for God, His Son, Jesus Christ and how this faith has filled me up with the Holy Spirit. I have the utmost respect for other people’s religions or faith but I do not believe I should set aside my own beliefs for political or biased reasons or perspectives written today in our national media and television.
Finding yourself lost in the forest (a metaphor for our real world) is more than an anomaly in today's world. Spiritually speaking, we are all faced with a time to decide what path to take in life. Being lost in a forest brings you to a reality that something is missing in your life. More than just missing for some as it leaves them with a lingering feeling of being hopelessly lost in their spiritual world and relationship with God. It is hoped this book brings you a new awareness to find yourself – to rid yourself of guilt or other psychological baggage that wears you down and depresses you when you are filled with tears, sorrow, and regret.
This book was inspired to be written by my eight-year-old grandson, who asks a lot of questions about God and is really wanting to learn the Bible. I am so overwhelmed by his interest I wrote this for him and those who seek some insights on how to become stronger spiritually. It is also about your struggles in life and how prayer and strengthening relationships with God can bring you back or closer to God than ever before.
Nothing in this book favors one religion over the other. It is merely a guide to establish or re-establish a relationship with God, expel the enemy from within (the Devil) and the benefits of such a spiritual healing. Know your enemy is a real-life nemesis that lives and consumes things (evil things) around us and wants to badly get inside us and purge out anything that is God's work and workings of the Holy Spirit.
