This book consisted of gathering essential construction terms in english, and equivalent meanings in spanish from various sources, during one and a half decade, since 1999 when I started to translate english text books for spanish speaking profesionals and students of architecture and engineering. I had to reference many textbooks to more fully understand the meaning of a term and then to compose a concise yet accurate translation to spanish lenguage.
It covers new industry terms which have emerged due to changes in engineering and building technologies, materials, and terminology coined by people in forums, bloggs, software, manuals and technical reference documents.
