This book can be used to lose weight, gain muscle or simply to get fit. You will find a workout-plan for 365 days that is challenging and will lead to results. Only bodyweight exercises are used (exception: a jump rope would be helpful). This book is not for you if you think you can reach your goals in 28 days or with 50% effort. Bodyweight Cross Training starts at zero, but gets harder and harder every week. It will make you sweat and it will get you in shape, but only if you're in for a serious training system.
