Impossible Journey (English Edition)

In August 1986, Michael Asher and Mariantonietta Peru set out to achieve the impossible: crossing from west to east of the Sahara. They traversed the vast lands of northern Africa long before ‘Arab Spring’ became word of mouth and threw the region into turmoil.
