Installing OS X Yosemite on a Windows PC may seem overwhelming to some but fun for others. This would make the computer into what is called a “Hackintosh”. A Hackintosh is where Mac OS is installed on any non-Apple hardware that is “hacked” to run Mac OS. This can save you a lot of money and provide you with a fully customizable machine. The installation process is quite simple if there aren’t any annoying errors. If you build a computer with the recommended hardware, then you should most likely be fine. If you want, you can even dual boot both Windows and the Mac OS. Make sure you make a backup of your PC if things go South.
