William and his sister, Isabelle, have many opportunities open to them. They don’t need to take many risks to reach the goals in life that they’re expected to reach. But who’s setting these expectations? Where’s the thrill? Maybe William doesn’t want to major in business and then grind through a passionless, lucrative, country-club-approved life. Maybe Isabelle, a talented ballerina, would like to use her blinding speed just to see what it’s like to play a game of tackle football against guys. Suspecting that there’s more to life than conforming, avoiding risks, and projecting an image, William and Isabelle don’t let the pull of privilege divert them from living their lives.
