Read to Speak Spanish is brief book aimed at helping you speak Spanish fast. This book is different from others you may have used in the past. Rather than focusing on grammar, Read to Speak Spanish is designed to target specific, high frequency vocabulary that will get you to a higher degree of fluency much faster than traditional methods.
First you'll see what the target word means in English. Next you'll quickly learn these words through various comprehensible examples. There are several key words per lesson, and at the end of each you will see them used in the context of paragraph-length stories. At the end of the book, there are several harder yet manageable readings to put what you learned to the test!
Who should read this book?
Read to Speak Spanish is written for true beginners in the language or for people who want a refresher course on some of the basics. If you already have a solid foundation you should keep reading at your level (where you understand ~90-95% of what you read without stopping to look up words) to increase your fluency.
