I start Astronomy class next week at UOPx and I was worried that I was going into it rather blindly. Sure, I know what the moon looks like and how to find the North Star, but other than that, the night sky is just filled with a bunch of twinkly lights. I am glad I came across this book. It is filled with the information that I need to have a head start on the rest of the class. It covers our solar system, the history of astronomy, space exploration and much more. Excellent read!
