Introduction
My name is Jan, I am Phil’s wife, and this is his book ‘Walking in Cicely’s Garden – A Spiritual Journey’. Cicely was Phil’s mother who he loved dearly despite the distance separating them – Phil in the UK and later Spain, while his mother resided in America.
Phil wrote ‘Walking in Cicely’s Garden’ some time after his mother’s passing, it took a while for him to be able to put the story and his feelings into the written word. It is a very personal account of his mother’s passing, I hope you find it of interest and you may even find it of comfort it you are or have been in a similar situation.
The book has been printed previously a few years ago, so this is the second edition, updated and added to by me.
