During the fall of 2014 I was involved in a business relationship with the Bull Smitt Company. However, that fall the Bull Smitt partners decided to severe the relationship and terminated the existing contract. But even after executing termination of the agreement, the Bull Smitt partners remained unsatisfied.
Looking to cause injury, the partners turned to a nefarious plot, an extortion scheme. The shakedown involved delivery of an ultimatum. To help execute the plot the partners enlisted the aid of a third person. But the “pay or else” notice were based on a false claim of debt, and I ignored it.
Undeterred, the partners took the next step. Determined to carry out their fraudulent scheme, the partners filed a false claim with the County Clerk’s Office; shifting the intrigue to the legal arena. This initial skirmish involved a small claims action. But later on the case was transferred to a higher court.
As the stakes grew, so did the conspiracy.
By late fall the partners had hired a pair of crooked attorneys. With the new blood came new strategy. Intent on obstructing justice, attorneys launched a dual pronged attack. One tactic involved pursuit of a case dismissal. The other maneuver pursued quashing the truth via introduction of a false narrative.
By the winter of 2015 the devious efforts had paid off. The crooks had their way and a judgment against me had been entered into public record. But in the process of securing this judgment the attorneys committed fraud and violated umpteen laws.
Cha cha Justice untangles the weave of deception and exposes the steps taken to commit this white-collar crime.
