As a Christian adult, to me Easter is the most important time of year. It is the time that we reflect on and celebrate the single-most important event in all of history ... the day that Jesus the Son of God, out of extreme love, died on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins, rose again for our salvation, healing and deliverance, and ascended into heaven in order to set the course of history in a brand new direction.
But, I have to admit, that the child in me still gets excited, thrilled, and even giddy at Christmas time. It is a wonderful time of year, and may I dare say it ... even magical! I so much enjoy Christmas, its wonder, it colour, its celebration, its joy, and its FUN!
And as an avid fan of the Christmas season, I like to collect Christmas fun stuff. Quizzes, stories, movies, crafts, jokes ... anything that celebrates Christmas. From Jesus to the Grinch, from the Shepherds to Santa, from the Wise Men to Charlie Brown, from Mary to Miracle on 34th Street, if there's a quiz or puzzle or story or movie, I've probably found it, and have it ... somewhere.
